From the bus stops at Chyngton Lane go up Chyngton Lane and head straight on until the concrete road joins just past Chyngton Farm Go along the concrete road up the hill to South Hill Barn At South Hill Barn car park bear left, go through the barrier and take the middle path Turn right just at the cattle grid/kissing gate down the valley to Hope Gap At Hope Gap turn left at the unfenced cliff edge. From here you will get excellent views of Seven Sisters Cliffs. At the Coastguard Cottages go across the track onto the footpath up the valley bottom to Exceat Bridge At Exceat Bridge the bus for Seaford and other stops is across the single bridge.
