©Crown Copyright LAO76902   From the bus stop turn left up the Falmer Road past the houses until you come to a bridleway post on your left. Cross the road with care and take the left hand fork on the track next to the car park. Follow the track past the aerial until you come to the Castle Hill National Nature Reserve on your right. Enter the reserve through the bridleway gate adjacent to two field gates and follow the track down through the valley. Re-trace your steps back down the Falmer Road to catch the bus opposite the Downs Hotel. After climbing the hill, pass through the bridleway gate and join the gravel track. Follow this track back to the car park on the Falmer Road. 7. At the next bridleway gate bear right and climb gently around the hill side on the terraced grass track. Take the bridleway on the right and follow the track with the tree line to your right. Pass the disused farm buildings on your right until you come to a path cross roads next to a clump of trees. xit the reserve through a bridleway gate and follow the path to the left around the valley bottom.
